About Me

My photo
Hello and welcome to my blog, this is my sanctury from real life, a little bit of space for doing what i love, and that's crafting. scrapbook, cards, box's and anything inky. I do follow a lot of blogs as i like the challenges that i find and also the inspiration i get from them, so many talented people with great ideas. So please feel free to leave a comment so i know you have popped by and i can call on you. Sue

Exotic birds & blooms

Welcome to CD Sunday.
Last week we played bingo and what beautiful creations you all made.  As i chose the theme for last week i will also have pick a top three.  This is not going to be easy as i loved each and everyone, so thank you all for your support.

On to this week and the lovely Christine has picked Exotic birds & blooms, so we would love to see what you come up with this week.

Our guest designer is Michelle and once again she has made a stunning card as have all the girls on the team, so please drop by for some lovely inspiration.

Just one thing to remember this is a CD challenge but you need only to add one item or piece of paper from a CD to qualify for any prize that may be on offer.

My card this week was made using CD1 from the Jayne Netley Mayhew collection. I have printed off the images and backing paper and layered them on to a DL card, i have added flowers and a small butterfly.  A nice quick and easy card for me this week but I'm pleased with the result and i hope like it too.

It's lovely Sue - and nice to see a DL cad too. Got a box full of them and keep forgetting them.

This is such a pretty card Sue. I really like DL cards and haven't made one for ages, must do. I love your flowers and butterfly, so perfectly placed. Michelle x

I love it Sue, fab image and pretty papers, I really must try to make something that is not 6 x 6" for a change.

Lovely card Sue and it is nice to see a DL shape for a change. I've done so many 6 x 6, 7 x 7 and 8 x 8 lately I need to remind myself that it doesn't have to be square! xx
