About Me

My photo
Hello and welcome to my blog, this is my sanctury from real life, a little bit of space for doing what i love, and that's crafting. scrapbook, cards, box's and anything inky. I do follow a lot of blogs as i like the challenges that i find and also the inspiration i get from them, so many talented people with great ideas. So please feel free to leave a comment so i know you have popped by and i can call on you. Sue

Home sweet home

Good morning crafters, i hope you have all had  a good week.
Last weeks entries where fabulous and Caz will have her work cut picking a winner from them.
This week it is Beryl's turn to choose and she has picked Home sweet home.
For my card i have gone with another Christmas card as i still playing catch up and trying to get as many done as i can over the next couple of weeks.
I have used Crafter's  companion Vintage Christmas and various elements from my scrapbook kits, the card is a white 8x8 and has been compiled in craft artist and printed off. The sentiment is digitally generated and the whole card has been finished off using stickles icicle . I love stickles and with all the Christmas cards i am  running out fast of my favorite colours and will have to restock.
I look forward to seeing what you come with week and the team have given you plenty of inspiration to hopefully get you thinking.

This is fab Sue and that ribbon looks so real. I know what you mean about Stickles they are great but I am using a glue pen and Cosmic Shimmer Glitter Jewels at the moment, hopefully it will last once i start adding loads to my cards.

This is gorgeous Sue, I've not really got into Craft Artist but this seems like a great way to get depth onto the card with it still being flat to post.

Lovely card Sue, it works well, I love that bow. I should CA more as it would keep the weight down on my cards, it always costs me a fortune in postage with the layers I use.xx
