About Me

My photo
Hello and welcome to my blog, this is my sanctury from real life, a little bit of space for doing what i love, and that's crafting. scrapbook, cards, box's and anything inky. I do follow a lot of blogs as i like the challenges that i find and also the inspiration i get from them, so many talented people with great ideas. So please feel free to leave a comment so i know you have popped by and i can call on you. Sue

Transportation

A new month and a new Guest Designer, this month we have the pleasure of having Linby with us, you can just click on her name to go her blog. Not only Linby our guest designer for the month , she is also our sponsor and will be giving the winner of this weeks challenge a CD , the CD is  Debbie Moore's shabby chic Mechanical. What a fabulous prize for someone, so i hope we have lots of entries for Linby to pick her winner from.
This week the challenge is Transportation and i have used a my Craft studio CD called Tinkering with steampunk, it had to a be a very quick and easy card this week as i only just realised i had not made a DT card for this challenge, I am still playing catch up after my holiday.
The bp is from the CD, the main image has been compiled in craft artist and printed off as one page
and mounted on tan card, the sentiment (Time is a great storyteller) is also on the CD, .
I know it's the summer holidays and a lot of you may not have a lot of time to craft if you have children or Grandchildren as i do, but i hope you will still be able to join us this week for our Challenge and a chance of that fabulous prize from Linby.
As always please remember to use something from a CD and give a credit in your write up.

Phew! At first glance I thought the elephant was being supported by the balloon. Now that would have been a sight for sore eyes. Great image Sue and that I really like that sentiment.

I thought the balloon was transporting the elephant too! Great take on the challenge, thanks for having me as GDT.

Another great interpretation of the theme. Gorgeous colours and the sentiment is so true. A really fabulous card for "quick and easy", would have taken me days to do! Michelle x
