made on brown and cream card, layered with copper card, the paper is from trim craft. top image is a digi stamp steampunk free vintage, some great freebies from them, the clock is a Tim Holtz stamp and i used a distress ink on it. Sorry not very good at man cards but still trying.

Great day for a Birthday

this card front is made in CA, the image is from Cajoline-vintage animals, the remind me so much of the scraps i used to collect and swap at school. This is a 5x7 card and printed out on mat paper and keeping the vintage look. I have only added the think heart and a brush of cross stitch as i want it for a man card , I hope you like it.

I made this tent fold card for my niece Karen who's birthday is this weekend. The green and white back paper is a freebie from a craft mag, the check paper is from docraft, the scalloped edge and mount where cut out out of white card on my cameo and the stamp is a gorjuss girl from sugar nellie. Made a diamond card this week on white card and layered and mated, the paper is from the Embossibilities Elegance CD, added some ribbon and the card mount, tryed the promarkers but not the right colour so i went over it with colorbox cat's eyes , used thistle , it looks glossy in pic but now it's dryed out it is a nice chalky finish and i added a couple of ribbons. the stamp is a digi called Noon from Crafts and me and i just love this so pretty. I hope you like it. I am entering it in two challenges this week at wings and legs at CD Sunday challenge blog and at Ribbons and bows at Totally paper crafts

This is a 12x12 scrap page made in craft artist, background and images are from the net, they have been taken into cutout studio and photo shop. Decided to do a scrap page as i don't have a stamp that would be suitable, but i have just remembered a cd i have that i will be able to do a card with if i have time. Anyway i hope you like this effort to be entered into Mardi Gras challenge over at Rainbow lady's challenge blog.

Made on plain red card with cream flurishes to the front andcream word art inside. The image is a digi stamp called Hippie from Make it Crafty and has been coloured with promarker. added some red glitter to the hearts and all done. I hope you like it x

This page has been made for the Sea life challenge over at CD Sunday the backing paper was taken from a Cd called Working Ele , the image of the man is from the net and every thing else is taken from a "Kit from Sekada Designs called "Window on the sea". I do hope this ok as i use a lots of my scrap kits to make my cards in the same way that i use CD's.

It is my nieces birthday this week so i thought i would make her a card and put it into your challenge at the same time.  I made a stepper card this time and was pleased with myself for getting it right first time for a change. The papers where free in a craft mag, i used silver peel-offs just to give a little shine, the center flower is from a print out from a CD and the happy birthday and flowers are cardboard . I hope both she and you like it.

This page was created is Serif's Craft artist. It was made for a challenge on Daisy Trail, this challenge is run by Sue Mclean from Annapolis USA. Sue goes under the name of "mcleansue" on the daisy trail site, she  has started a group called "Getting better all the time" or GBAT. Anyone like like me who has a lot to learn in Serif's craft artist and just what it can do are more than welcome to join in. Sue sets the challenge and also supplies us with a video on the how to do. This challenge is all about brushes, making your own, making frames from brushes and word art brushes. On my page i have created four brushes, the outer frame was a dragon and used in stretch mode, then there is a word art brush used in simple mode, the paw print is in simple mode and the inner frame is a bamboo brush. The word art brushes are excellent for card makers who would like the outer frame in some sort of text.

This year we have had the pleasure of these house martins, they first built a nwst 3 years ago but this is the first year we have young. They are almost ready to fly and mum and dad are never far away so i was lucky to get near enough to get a couple of photo's.
